The most common form of bullying is online. Cyberbullying is a growing issue. A meeting will be held next week to plan a Drop-In event. Please E-Mail tech@bbkids.co.uk to register your interest and we will give further details of a time, date and place if we decide to hold the session.

BBKIDS is moving into other countries! Discussions are ongoing to bring people from the USA into the organisation, And offer support to anyone needing anti-bullying support. More information will be posted as it comes.

BBKIDS has been up and running for many years now, And we have made minor improvements to ensure top quality service is given to everyone in need of help every time.

After many ongoing discussions it has been decided that improvements will be made, Which will possitively impact your experience. We would like to take this time to inform you of these improvements during 2010.

1)We will be increasing our presence by hosting more events.
2)We will be easier to find during events by the uniform we will be wearing.
3)We will have a better system for support. All reports will be made and stored safely until a member of the support team reads it and takes appropriate action. This waiting time will be reduced to an average time of 12 hours.
4)Our team will be given training to offer help for any scenario.
5)The team will be given better equipent to give a much higher standard of service, And to be there to support you as soon as we hear from you, With a new phoneline coming soon.

These are early plans, And as we know you would like to see these happen as much as we do, We will try our best to get it done soon. Unfortunatley we cannot guarantee all targets will be met this year.

We at BBKIDS are VERY pleased to tell you that it is out 8th year of operation To Celebrate this, we will be holding Rockout fund raising parties though out the month of August!

BBKIDS UK Release BBKIDS Mobile!

This week, we have perfected our mobile ready site, It works with any phone able to access the internet using 3G. this development is to allow you to be able to access our homepage and events to see what is happening within BBKIDS on the go. The new Mobile site is not completely ready but from this point is officially released as a Beta site until all tests have been completed.

BBKIDS UK is a youth network which works on supporting young people though the hardships of bullying. We work with young people aged 10-18 we also have departments which work with older young people aged up to 21 and another which focuses on children aged as low as 7 years of age. BBKIDS UK does not specialise in any particular area of the bullying spectrum, but works to support as many people in as many different situations as our service allows. We aim to serve and represent young bullied people and give them a voice. A voice to adults they would otherwise not have. BBKIDS UK will Do everything in its power to provide advice, support, training and peace of mind to our members and their families.

BBKIDS UK does not just focus on young people though; we also aim to provide training and information seminars to further educate people of all ages to the threats and dangers of many different forms of bullying. Ranging from Cyber Bullying to playground fighting and violent behaviour. BBKIDS UK is open to fresh new ideas to further our ability to serve YOU, if you have an idea and you think it  could benefit many young people, we would like to hear it!
