BBKIDS has been up and running for many years now, And we have made minor improvements to ensure top quality service is given to everyone in need of help every time.
After many ongoing discussions it has been decided that improvements will be made, Which will possitively impact your experience. We would like to take this time to inform you of these improvements during 2010.
1)We will be increasing our presence by hosting more events.
2)We will be easier to find during events by the uniform we will be wearing.
3)We will have a better system for support. All reports will be made and stored safely until a member of the support team reads it and takes appropriate action. This waiting time will be reduced to an average time of 12 hours.
4)Our team will be given training to offer help for any scenario.
5)The team will be given better equipent to give a much higher standard of service, And to be there to support you as soon as we hear from you, With a new phoneline coming soon.
These are early plans, And as we know you would like to see these happen as much as we do, We will try our best to get it done soon. Unfortunatley we cannot guarantee all targets will be met this year.
